Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Have you tried the guitar in another Mac/ PC? If it still doesn't appear, there may be a problem with the guitar electronics. If you bought it new, take it back to the shop/ send back to the vendor.

There are different types of USB port. For instance my computer has two types. One with a blue connector and one with a black connector. It might be that your USB ports are not suitable for that device. You need to check the specifications of the USB ports on your computer and the specifications of the MP3 player. Continuing to use the device might cause damage to the computer.

I bought an Ion Slides2PC device yesterday. I installed the driver and the PhotoImpression 6 software tonight, but when I tried to launch the latter, I got a Runtime Error. What does that mean, and how do...

If you tried installing the 64 bit first on a 32 bit OS, that could be the issue.
Try doing a system restore back to a point before the installation, and install the 32 bit version and see if that fixes it.
Runtime errors can be a bit tricky to track down.

this will download the drivers for your product. you should not connect your device before installing the drivers. wait until the drivers are installed first. if you are unsure which version you are running, simple to find out .......
click start button, right click on computer, and select properties. the operating system version will be listed in the dialogue box.

if you ran the driver and it is installed ..check it on the device manager (right click on my computer ..properties/ hardware/ device manager ..and if the scanner appears in yellow you have to click right and update driver..It will run the add new hardware wizard and you will have to go along with it ..either let it make this manually ..it should find the driver you installed previously ..and install it ..or do this manually by choosing it from existing installed drivers..
There is always the possibility that the driver you have is not compatible ..so ..get on the support site and download the one for windows 7 from there or at least for the vista..

I need help. I've used my memory card many times with no problems. Now I put it in my laptop and absolutely nothing happens. It shows under "Devices and Removable Storage" but nothing happens....

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. Apparently, you've gotten this far. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Instead of bringing up the properties, simply double-click the disk icon to open it.

Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).
