Question about Refrigerators
Yes try boiling water and if you have a 1/4" plastic tubing like what they use on icemakers and boil some water in a pan and then siphon the water into the drain and try to push the tubing down inside the drain as your doing it to unclog/unfreeze anything in there. The tubing will get hot while your doing this you'll need a towel to wrap the tubing so you dont get burnt. Its either frozen or clogged, more than likely clogged on this model i believe.
