Question about Philips Magnavox DVD/VCR Dual Player
Naturally, make sure everything is plugged in correctly, and that the batteries in the remote or charged.
if the player is new, you might want to check the manual to make sure you are operating it correctly.
if the player is not new, and has worked in the past, then the problem is probably something trivial like batteries, or wearing out of the iod on the remote, the plastic on the button in the remote, or something interfering with the signal.
