Question about Motorola Cell Phones

I bought an i465 BoostMobile phone three weeks ago. About one week ago, I attempted to charge it and got a blank screen in return. For a while, the phone would not even turn on unless plugged in, though there was still only a blank screen with i465 on it from time to time while trying to charge. Now, the battery seems to be totally dead and will not charge at all. I tried a new battery and still got no response out of my phone. I do not know what to do, but I have very important numbers in this phone that I need, and my service is still activated while I cannot use my phone. Please tell me what I should do next as I have already tried online troubleshooting and that has failed.

I suggest that you go to the nearest Boostmobile store to have your phone checked. Here's a link to locate the nearest Boost store within your area:

FYI, Boostmobile is an affiliate of Sprint so maybe a Sprint store might be an alternative if no Boostmobile store is nearby.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you might want to try:
Take the battery out for about 30 seconds and try to turn on the phone.When the phone goes to the white screen, just press the OK button (the circle button in the middle of the directional buttons) for more than like 3 seconds and you'll see the Motorola logo (do nothing) and then the phone will power ON by itself...it's very much like turning the phone off but without having to press the power on/off button.
If this doesn't work, then you really need to go to their store for help.
