SOURCE: Camcorder Error
Seen this error maybe a 100 times, nobody knows why it comes up or what does it mean. I suggest you go get a special alcohol to clean video heads, and swab at the head a few times. If it does no good, perhaps get on the phone with sharp and tell them there are plenty of people interested to know what exactly e007 means. Please post on any developments.

Hi, still pictures being in digital format would be downloadable to the computer straight from the camera. Video footages in tape is analog and cannot be dowloaded. You would need a video capture device. It is an interface device that sits between your tape player/camera and your computer. Normally would have a video input either in RCA (yellow) or S connector and provision to connector to your computer (USB, firewire). Also provision for audio (white/red) connection or straight to the line/aux input of your computer. You then have to run the accompanying software to capture the movie while it is playing in realtime in the camera. If the video footages are saved in a memory stick, flashcard or some other digital format, then it is directly readable/downloadable from the camera to your computer. Hope this be of some help. Regards.

I let it sit overnight and when I opened the door I nudged the part that holds the tape up. I got the tape out but I think it is still frozen. I will try a different tape and hope it still works. I'll post results.

SOURCE: Hooking up T.V. to my camcorder
Does your TV have an input which would be lited as Video 1?
There should be video and audio outputs from the camcorder and if you have video and audio inputs to your TV you just need a cable and the capability to view it on your TV. If you don't have audio and video inputs to your TV you should check out the sales at the local electronics store. I hope this helps.
