Have a ESP 5210, only had it a few months worked well till today. Asked me to download updates today, which failed and now i've lost use of my printer.

Firstly can i say when you ask for a problem to be solved on here that you take the time to say what operating system you are using as well as a description of the problem. Makes it quicker to type a reply . You need to first download this http://support.en.kodak.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/17544/selected/true , then try going into control panel and opening add/remove programs(XP) or programs and features (win 7 /Vista) and remove all the kodak software including drivers then once they have uninstalled you will need to restart the pc while the pc is restarting unplug the usb lead for the printer. then install the file i told you to download earlier , when it tells you to plug the printer in.

You will then have your printer back working

My kodak esp 5210 will not print a test page or a document from my computer.


Hello,
You will only get the calibration page no matter what you try because the printer needs to complete that task before it will let anything else get printed. This cannot be avoided for this model printer! Just follow the instructions as listed on the calibration page (even though you think it may not be needed) and then the printer will act normally!

How to remove print head on a Kodak ESP 5250


If the ink cartridges and printhead are already in the printer, remove them, then reinstall them.
  1. Remove the color and black ink cartridges.
  2. Remove the existing printhead by lifting the latch in the center of the carriage. printhead_removal.jpg p342_0064aa.jpg ESP 3, 5, 7, 9, 3250, 5250, 5210,
    ESP Office 6150, 7250, 9250;
    HERO 7.1, 9.1, OFFICE HERO 6.1 ESP 1.2, 3.2, 3.2s, C110, C310, C315,
    ESP Office 2150, 2170;
    HERO 3.1, 5.1
  3. Close the printer access door.

I have a Kodak ESP 5210 printer but I don't have the install disk and I can't get it to link with my wifi


Go to the kodak website,and look for your printer,and you should be able to install from what is at the website.It has worked for me before.

Code 3527 Printhead carriage jam on Kodak ESP 5210 All in one


the only thing i can think off is there is a problem with the head sensor, the heads move back and forth on a rigid belt but the head case also runs along a see through plastic strip, this has lines in it and tells the printer were it is, other thing i can think of is the head cleaner, they can get stuck in them sometimes and cause misalignment and damage the reader. also anything they like to use on printers is a inc use chip that can make faults come up so you have to buy a new printer. this has been in a few articles. business printers don't have this feature. hope this helps

I just installed a new Kodak ESP 5210 printer. It will not print out documents, it will copy and scan though.


OK, did you install the Easyshare software first before installing the printer? I've experienced technical problems with my Kodak camera when I do not have the Easyshare software installed.

Also, how did you install the Kodak ESP 5210 printer? Did you use the driver from the Kodak.com website, or the CD that came with it?

To fix that error, download Blackberry Desktop then connect your phone to computer. In BB Desktop manager select Device Software Update and wait till your software will be updated.
