The inner glass is a "sealed" unit and is not intended to be cleaned.

dont you mean temp is to low ?
First thing is make sure you dont have the temp setting to high the larger the number the colder it gets,note if turned down it will take 24 to 48 hrs to notice any difference.
If good then most likely a faulty thermostat

Looks like a problem with oven temperature sensor. Some of these models have a thermal fuse which may need to be checked and reset if possible or replaced.

The sensor is not cheap. see site
