SOURCE: remove siemens washing machine motor

You probably need to lever the motor back, as it is probably held in place on the motor mounts.

Hi

It is your pump that is failing / bolked with hair and treds behind the impeller. The pump is not the best design as ther can enter smal treds and hair behind the impeller into the paking ring (seal). There is only one sollution that help - change the pump. Can be don from the fron of the mashine. Only one screw on the right side has to be removed to remove the plastig cover and the one screw to losen the pump.

SOURCE: I have a Maytag neptune washing machine

yes you can buy the bearing to put in. it is by no means easy. they make a tool to inst. the bearing. it cost a arm and a leg buy tho. you may also find if you do take it apart that the shaft that rides in the bearing may be bad. that shaft is part of the inner tub. and that is way more then you want to put into the unit to repair it.

SOURCE: siemens washing machine feature "speedperfect

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Methinks you could do with a manual- for now and later!
Now- unfortunately FixYa cannot provide manuals direct - members of the forum are just people from all over the world, probably working from home, and not representing, or supporting, any particular manufacturer ;-0)

Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
John C.

SIEMENS WM12S740EE/11 Washing Machine. HOW DO I RESET SIEMENS WASHING MACHINE?

This error can't be reset, it is a repair job. The code mostly means that the carbon brushes are end of life. You can replace them yourselves with new spare parts.
Mar 22, 2018

Please don't type all in capitals. It is hard to read and considered 'SHOUTING'.

We have a 2007 Siemens washer. It has started throwing out the circuit breaker during the spin cycle; turning the drum by hand the bearings sound rough, is this the likely cause?

the only to diagnose the problem properly is to get in a technician to find out why it is throwing circuit breakers
that is a short or insulation problem
bad bearings may be overloading a low performance motor so see what he has to say and then decide
at seven years , parts will be getting scarce for the machine so a new unit is an option to be considered

My washer makes grinding sound when washing, how do I fix this?

Guess it's a bearing in the drum, though just my appreciation. If you are not a tech in washing machines, you should call a reapir service to get it dismounted and replaced

Hi, (Englishman actually in France and understanding most of written French!!)

You need to type into your search machine ' siemens washer manual' and you should be presented with sources from which you can either download for free or pay for a manual. The sites will ask for the model number at some point!

Cheers,

John C
