This is a hard call because there is always the chance that it is the receiver that quit. With only one working remote it is a 50/50 chance. You need to see if you can buy one with the option to return it if it doesn't work or maybe borrow one from a neighbor that has the same brand of opener. You will need to program it to your opener whichever way you go.

I'm confused about the battery you replaced inside the garage but you can try programming the keypad just to see.
Locate the smart/learn button on the back of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release it and then walk over and key in your 4 digit code and press enter. If this doesn't work and you know the battery inside the keypad is good, you have a bad keypad.
