Question about Heating & Cooling
An H12 indicates a flame failure, which could be caused by an obstruction in the combustion chamber, buildup of debris on the flame rod, not enough or no fuel, or no spark at the igniter. You may wish to get a technician in and look at these. One thing I have found is that spiders love to webs in the burners of these heaters and the only way to check it out is to disassemble the entire burner.
