1st You download Webcam Driver.
A4 tech cam After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Chances are your going to need the driver software to run your webcam.

If you can find the model number of the webcam or if its built-in to say your laptop, the laptop.

A quick google search "Model Number Webcam Driver" should fix your problem.

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.
Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"

In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to download Microsoft DirectX 9 or later to support your webcam

Briefly
Disconnect webcam
Uninstall old webcam software
Restart computer
Download webcam Installer
Run Installer - look for options during the run - you may not want Logitech Chat but the webcam desktop shortcut is worthwhile
Connect webcam when prompted

Browse the webcam picture gallery and click on your model to access support for that product.

If you have an older model look for the link at the bottom right hand side of the page -"Still can't find your product"

If no driver is available try using older OS software in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop - select 'Properties' > Compatibility tab > Compatibility Mode > OS > OK

Check the Logitech website, they have drivers for all current webcam models.
If you can't find it, you could also try a driver finder program.
