Hi, If settings of username and password are still at default, they are "admin" and 'leave it blank' respectively. If these have been changed in the past, then you have no alternative but to do a hard reset (press reset button at the back or underneath) to restore everything to factory default. Of course this would remove all changes and settings that you have done including configuration. Hope this be of some help. Post back how things are or should you need further information. You can reset your username and password by restting the EnGenius EOC-3220 by resetting it as factory default settings which is as under:
IP Address: 192.168.1.1 (Client Bridge mode)

There should be a small reset spot, stick a needle in it and you will feel some sort of click, keep pressing for about 5 secs and it should start rebooting which means it worked.
