Question about Computers & Internet
Click on "start", scroll to "Microsoft Security Essentials" and click on. In you window, click on settings. Two things you want to pay attention to is; is top left there is an option "Run scheduled scan..." with a box next to it. Make sure taht is checked. Second, in the middle you will see three options one of which is "Start scan only when computer is running....". Uncheck that box so it will run regardless. Save your changes. This should work for you. What i have noticed about mine is that mine is running through a receiver and it won't run without my receiver on but, a normal setup should work.
