I have an HP Photosmart Premium Fax C309 that won't scan. I get a message that states, try starting scan from your computer. I checked on line for help and it states double click on the Hp Imaging Director icon on your desk top. I have a dock on the top of my screen with HP advisor, Media Smart, Discover your PS Customize dock, when I open each on there is noImaging Director. Can you please advise? thanks so much. If I received a cd to download when I purchased this I'm not sure where it is located. Is this service free? If there is a cost I will not be able to do this.
