Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
One thing that I need to verify. Can you hear when you play songs or ringtones? If so, try pressing up volume key once a call is answered. I would also suggest you to activate the LoudSpeaker. It's also important to try with a headset, if Loudspeaker and Headset work, then the problem must be with the small speaker on the top front part of your phone. If you bought the phone with warranty, you better refund and get another since it's been used for only few days. Even if it has no warranty, you have the right to get it exchanged. You can replace the speaker, but you'll need to visit a Motorola Service Center or a Local Mobile Repair shop, otherwise it's not recommended to do it yourself without experience and tools.
Let me know if you need further help.
