Question about Acer PC Laptops
I have problems editing text as my keys are not creating text.
How do I check the drivers and troubleshoot.
There is the link to the acer notebook support site. Cut and paste it into the address bar on your browser. Once there select the make and model of your laptop and navigate to the driver download page. as your keyboard is not functioning well you will have to do this on a different pc. Download the drivers for your laptops keyboard and save the on a thumb drive(USB stick memory). Plug the stick into the USB port on your laptop and Run the driver install program. This will install the drivers for your keyboard and you will be up and running. I see this alot when people plug an external keyboard into their laptop. When they remove it the laptop retains the drivers it loaded to run the external keyboard. You can also try to go into the device manager in the control panel and right click on the keyboard and select rollback driver. Either way will work. If you need more help feel free to contact me.
