Can you specify what you mean by install device? you have Realtek ALC662 on board audio that came with the board. Have you insatlled a graphics/sound card or are you working with on board sound? You cannot get sound through you Nvidia which is why you have realtek sound.. You can download the driver here:
http://support.asus.com/download/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
I will outline the proceedure.
1 Select product-click on arrow at right and select "motherboard"
2-Select series-select socket AM2/AM2+/AM3
3 Select model- Scroll down to M2N-VM DVI
Click search and select your o/s click search. In the window of downloads you will see "Audio" click on "Global" abd download.
You want to make sure your device is installed and recognized so check it in "device Manager", look under "sound audio and conrtoller devices. Click on the box on the right side and a drop down will show your device. Right click on it and you should see "disable" if you see "enable" click on that and exit.
If you need further assistance let me know at "add a comment"

Hi,

double check if your audio driver is really installed, it's in the device manager area, if it's really installed maybe you have just muted your speakers, but if it doesn't work try to install a new speaker or headphone...goodluck

No sound device in Sounds and Audio Devices after Realtek Sound Driver install

Download the attachment I found, unpack it into your folder of choice.
Then move over to the control panel and select that "PCI Device". Rightclick and install the audio bus drivers I provided for the PCI Device. During installation Windows should find something like Microsoft UAA Bus driver, I don't know the exact name. Do a restart after installation and everything should work fine.
