Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
Restart the computer and peck on the F8 key till you get the start menu. Use the arrow keys to scroll down to "Last Known Good Configuration" and press Enter. If that doesn't do it, restart, peck on the F8 key again, select other options such as Repair. If no Repair option, enter Safe Mode with Networking, use System Restore to select a date before you first had this problem.
