Restart the computer and peck on the F8 key till you get the start menu. Use the arrow keys to scroll down to "Last Known Good Configuration" and press Enter. If that doesn't do it, restart, peck on the F8 key again, select other options such as Repair. If no Repair option, enter Safe Mode with Networking, use System Restore to select a date before you first had this problem.

Ordinal 522 could not found

You probably have the S.M.A.R.T. virus. Bring it to a PC shop that specializes in virus/malware removal for a set price. This virus infestation is serious trouble.

However if you feel you can fix it on your own. Check for viruses and malware. But be warned the S.M.A.R.T. virus is extremely difficult to completely remove and you'll need to restore all your icons as well.

Boot your computer into "safe mode with networking" by pressing F8 several times at startup until the boot screen comes up. Then select "safe mode with networking".

Once you're up and running: You can get good FREE anti-virus and anti-malware apps from here:

The ordinal 120 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll

iertutil.dll is a dynamic link library used by Internet Explorer. Ordinal 120 refers to something inside the dynamic link library. These errors typically occur when the file is corrupt or there is a version mismatch (eg. IE 9 using iertutil.dll from IE 8). A reinstall of IE should fix this problem
