I have an aqualink RS4 -- it has been working great -- however it now has developed a problem -- the pump won't shut off per the timed schedule I put in. It will shut off manually. Any suggestions ???

high speed is an aux and low speed should be another aux if to run all day designated program to each aux

hit cancel after that shows up for each program that will get rid of them or you can write down all the information then hit clear memory and reprogram all you auxs

check you tube for programming you have to put it into the controller mode or it will override it

go to system set up then go to program highlight what you want to program then add start and stop time if to run all the time start 2:00am and stop 1:59 am it will shut off for 1 minute then restart

Go to menu , program the pick pool and input your desired schedule.
Make sure the day and time is set correctly!

Sometimes if two time setting overlap the RS will do what they call "ghosting" and any manner of odd thing may happen. Reset the timing for the main pump after clearing out all the other time programs. See if that works.

I'm assuming it continues to run when you switch the system to "service" mode. You probably have a relay stuck shut. Unless you are very comfortable with working with high voltage it's best to get a tech out to verify the problem and switch out the relay. If you are okay with it the replacement isn't very difficult. You'll have 4 or 6 wires to move from the old relay to the new one, and switch out the small black and red paired wires that go from the relay to the control board. Make certain that your breaker is off while changing it out.

The best thing to do is to clear the system memory. Aqualink can have a problem with "ghosting" Things just go on by themself when not programed to. A bad spa side remote can do that to but that is another problem.
To clear the memory
Push the menu button once
Push the back arrow to "System setup"
Push star * or enter button
Push back arrow till diplay says " clear memory "
Push star or enter
Push star or enter again to comfrim.
You will get a message "earsing memeory"
Now you can reprogram system
If you want differant run times like a summer and winter timing you can do that with the program groups
