SOURCE: trips breaker

If it trips the breaker you MUST have an Earth fault and or a short circuit to Neutral/Earth. You must get a Registered Electrician to look at it.

SOURCE: wher does white wire go

It runs off 220v, meaning there are two "hots" and a ground. The 190tc uses TWO sets of 220v at 40amps each. Instead of only having one dbl throw breaker, you need 2. Having said that... the white wire "should" be the same as the black wire and can be connected which ever way you like

I have a Eemax so 35 instant water heater and it makes a buzzing noise when you turn the hot water on

Heavy current required for instant hot water may be switched via a relay or contacter which may be faling. One way to diagnose may be with cover off and careful listening and visual inspection, but a risky process for inexperienced DIY'er's ??. Pro time?

My house has 200 AMP Service, will this work ok with the EEMAX EX380T2T2? It requires 4 40AMP Breakers.

your water heater will take a 160 amps of you service. I would not install one if it was me. The total demand in the dead of winter with furnace, water heater and lights on will cause you to brown out.

The center heating element is no working. How much does a replacement element cost?

the price will vary in different localities.

you should call a plumbing wholsaler in your area. Home depot and Lowes will not carry these, neither will you local hardware store.

the replacement is faily simple. Eemax is a nice heater, although faily expensive to opperate.

Eemax SP3512 not works intermintently, more off than on.

you have a clogged filter turn off the water on the unit on both sides, right below the unit there are 2 caps one on each side take the cap off there is a filter in side, clean it and reistall it that should take care of the problem, you might want to flush out the system while your doing this also

My circuit boards keep burning out.

Sounds like you are either getting power surges to the unit or there is an excessive amount of moisture around the control board. There also and probably is a short somewhere in the unit.
