Yes, replace this belt. Make sure while fixing a new belt it is tight enough.

It sounds like the motor is bogging down due to bad bearings or something is making the shaft too hard to spin. Make sure all the spindles are free. If its happening under load, make sure the lathe gets up to speed before trying to make any cuts.

Hi. Check if the seal is properly installed back and glass centred. Loud noise is usually related to main bearing going bad. Check for belt tension.

If you are convinced that the agitator movement is free and also that the motor TORQUE is low then the motor is faulty. If this is one with a capacitor drive, then it can be weak and so a similar value can be looped in parallel to test. If not replace the motor even when tested on bench supply it does not have torque.

where the noise came from during the spinning time? if is spinning time, check the foot of your unit if is unbalance and adjust it,if is ok but the noise still in der the belt of the unit is wort out check the belt is is loose, remove cover the the back to check,if is belt is ok,the bearing have big problem and need to replace the new one,but you need an technician to remove it coz very difficult to remove this, need to dismantle the hole unit to remove the bearing and replace it that why the technician can do that

i would say you have a warped main pulley, run the machine in spin, watch it early to detect any wobling in the belt should be no sideway movement. also check main pulley is tight with no lateral wobling.

Hi there i have an 18hp 42'cut power kraft deck probleme

Hi ! I have the same mower. It is an older machine and possibly the belt that drives the mower is worn. The belt drive is spring loaded and when you engage the mower by lowering the lever, aspring pulls the deck backwards against the blade. If the belt hasn't been replaced in a while, I would start with that first.

Hi,i have a hotpoint aquarius wf340.which makes a very loud banging noise every time it spins,it works fine otherwise!

I had the same issue with a similar machine. Need to replace the spindle assembly (or otherwise make sure) that the belt is tight. Try replacing belt first.
Make sure machine is level. test it by putting some stuffed sockes in the machine, let them get thrown around. Listen for the banging noise, apart from the soft socks hitting the tumbler.

Washin Machine Spinning Problem

The main tub bearing is stuffed, thus the noise. The spindle becomes loose and the belt rides off. Bearings can be replaced.
Hope that helps.
