Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Good day! I still encounter the problem wherein the whole page of the copy is black. I have already change the drum and drum blade. I inspect the primary because i change the screen but still the copy is black. There is a soot or toner on the primary. Is there a possible problem in these part that causes it to produce a copy that is whole black? We tried to change the primary but the new primary causes a dark spots on the copy. I hope you could help me again. I have already ask a technician to overhaul it but still the problem remains.
I beleive that if there is a problem with the primary you will only get a blank copy not black.
the problem is most likely your Seperation ***'y or the drum.
1- either the sep/***'y is shorting out causing the paper to rise against the drum and putting too much toner output, or the drum has not been adjusted correctly. Did the tech adjust the new drum to the machine? there is a procedure you have to do everytime you change the drum.
