Question about Ecoquest Fresh Air Air Purifier
I have Ecoquest Fresh Air US40135b. After cleaning filters, the power goes off and later come back on. Now it does not come on at all
Thank you. It just so happened that when I looked up my receipt it was about 10 days pefore my warranty was up. I called EcoQuest support,faxed them my receipt, they gave me an authorization number to be sent with the unit. They sent me a another unit within a week.
They were awesome!!!

Some of the older units did have some trouble with the connection for the power cord. Try to push in the power cord all the way and wiggle it a little bit. If it still doesn't come on the unit needs to be serviced.
The FreshAir has a 3 year factory warranty. Make sure to have the unit registered, or have an invoice showing your purchase date.
