This model looks like the one I bought for my daughter in 1999.
The hood fits into the side parts, no other brackets were provided.
The pushchair mode is different to the photo provided.

To get new Mama and Papas mode instructions you need to contact M&P, contact is in their website.

take out the four screws with two screw drivers, squeeze plastic together to get the other ends out, move into position and put the screws back in. hope this helps
