Question about Sterling Audio ST51 Microphone
Are you giving it phantom power? This is condenser microphone that needs an external power source. Most audio mixers have a button or a switch that will send 48V of what is called "phantom power" back through the microphone cable to operate the microphone. If this is not the issue I would suggest contacting the manufacturer.
