You should have never have plugged it in while it was wet, there are three screws on the back that hold the keyboard on two in the middle and one at the mid right. if you remove those and the the top layer of screws under the hinges the power panel will lift out from above the keyboard you will then need to remove two or three small screws which secure the keyboard in place you can then at least see if and where the liquid as covered

How to clean keyboard keys of toshiba laptop Satellite pro S300

The best way is to use compressed air to blow the stuff from between the keys then use a paper towel or lint free cloth and spray a little Windex on it and wipe the keys down while to computer is turned off. If you have spilled liquid in the keyboard there is no easy way to clean that up.

You need a replacement keyboard. You can get one from ebay for about $25. Just search for "toshiba satellite pro L300 keyboard" without the quote.

Most likely you are going to need a motherboard, depending on the model, under the keyboard is the palm rest assembly...most of these have many opening in them that will allow fluid to get directly to the motherboard and they do not do well with liquid spilled on them when they are energized. Below is the link to the service guide for that model. I usually get my mobos on Ebay, but there are other sellers to grab one from.
