This PC has a DVD drive. Get an installation disc of the operating system you wish to re-start with - say Windows 7. Insert the disk and restart the computer. The installation process will ask you if you wish to format the C: partition (i.e. delete everything on it) before installation. Agree to that and proceed with the installation as directed.

After the installation: Thinkpad also has specific programs and drivers that help run this model - you can download and install these additional drivers from the Lenovo website online. Search for support / downloads for your specific model and you will find a list of downloadable software.
Choose the latest version of each software.

If the partition is gone, a fresh install is your only option. Download and burn an ISO of your OS. Boot from that and choose your options.

You can follow the steps given below.

Ibm restore to factory setting

You have not explained what is wrong with your computer.
Is the laptop working, does it boot up into Windows?
What are you trying to restore?
Are you trying to get into a previous Restore Point?
The Access button takes you into the BIOS, you can change the BIOS settings back to the Default settings (ie the factory default settings).
It is difficult to offer a solution without knowing the exact nature of the problem.
