Vibration in front end while driving. steering wheel shaking. stops at higher speeds.

Have your tires checked for tread separation and your wheels checked for balance. Out of balance tires will go through harmonics such that at one speed it will vibrate a lot more than at another (higher or lower) speed.

Shaking at low speed

Does it shake all the time, or only when you use the brakes ?
A slow speed shake without using the brakes is most often a bad tire. The alignment only affects how the car steers.

I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus that shakes realy bad from the engin to steering wheel what could this possibly be?

If it does it when you arent in motion then it is motor mounts. If it does it while you are driving and excelerating or braking, it could be un balanced tires. Could be a number of things and hard to say without more information

2000 Dodge Durango SLT 4x4 leans to the right, 4 inch difference in height & steering wheel shakes relly bad even when drving slow. What do I do?

4 inches???? check if a spring or suspension component is broken, and maybe a bad tire if the steering wheel wobbles.
