Hi. PUK codes are normally provided by your network. If it is a prepaid simcard, you can look at the package and scratch the black part of the card where you detached the simcard. This will reveal the simscard PUK 1 and PUK 2.

Customer's exact description: I have bought an second hand e71 and whenever i put my globe simcard the phone shows simcard registration failed.i tried to buy a new simcard but its still the same.how would i fix the poblem?

PUK Codes

A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from AT&T to unlock your SIM card.

Since I don't know the name of you carrier, I'm using AT&T as an example. Most carriers use the same methodology though the wording may be different.

Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code.

Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

In order to get the puk code call to the customer care of your network operator and by providing your simcard number and mobile number they will provide you a puk code.Sim card number will be printed on the simcard.

• Very Simple solution is go to your service provider to unlock that code, They 'll unblock the PUK free, Then u 'll be able to access your phone without the security code too.

PUK codes , you will need to contact your mobile service provider for further assistance on your simcard you will need to have them give you the activation codes to use it again the card

puk code is an eight digit code ,which you will get when you buy a simcard. if you have the packet of the simcard .you can find it in there.and also you will find the pincode.
OR you can contact your network operator for the same with your documents.
OR buy a new simcard.
when you use a new simcard the phone will not ask for PUK code.

PUK codes can only provided by network prividers no one can provide exept them.
