Question about Computers & Internet
If you are using Windows, go to Start > Computer
Right-click on the drive you wish to format and select Format
This will obliterate all stored data and OS files. It is not a process to consider unless you intend to sell your laptop or give it a fresh install of your OS. If you don't already know how to format a disk, I don't recommend you make this decision without asking a more computer-savvy friend for help.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
