Question about 2wire 2700HG-B Router (2700HGB)
Tell ATT Service that the router must not be password reset, or to deactivate ATT Auto Service, after that, go and remove the routers power, unplug it from ATT and replug it to the power, after that, use a toothpick (or something pointy) to press the reset button, then wait until it turns on, go to your Routers Settings (commonly an IP (192.168.*.*)) and change the password, after all is done, replug it to ATT
