The spark plug is most likely NOT getting spark. Is the wire connected to plug? If tractor was stored over the winter, who prepared the engine for storage? Some mechanics will take out plugs & spray some oil into cylinders to avoid any rusting in cylinder then the plug is replaced but NOT connected.
Maybe the plug needs looking at.

2010 flhx battery fully charged but starter drags bad then clicks. Jumped power from car, still does the same thing.

Hi Anonymous, perform the following tests:
1. Fill acid type batteries to proper levels.
2. Charge battery overnight at 1-2 amps you need 12 volts or better after charging.
3. Make sure all connections are clean and tight especially the negative cable at both ends.
4. Hook up volt meter to battery and start engine, if meter falls below 9.5 v replace battery.
5. With engine running at 3600 RPM battery should read 14.3-14.7 volts if not continue tests.
6. Unplug voltage regulator from alternator at crankcase by front of primary cover.
7. To test voltage regulator go to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8EjV0IjW9Q
8. With ohm meter, one lead grounded, touch alternator pin meter should read infinity, if not replace stator.
9. With ohm meter, both leads touching alternator pins meter should read 0.1 to 0.2 ohms on 1989 and later models. 0.2 to 0.4 ohms 1988 and earlier models, if not replace stator.
10. With volt meter set on AC scale, both leads touching alternator pins meter should read
16 to 20 volts AC for every 1000 RPM'S 1989 and later and 19 to 26 volts AC for every 1000 RPMS. If not replace rotor. Good luck

My riding lawn mower turns over but not fast enough to fire cant figure out whats wrong please help

I assume an electric start. Slow cranking could be low battery voltage or capacity. Check battery voltage with a digital volt meter. It should be 12.6 volts. (Unless it is a 6 volt battery which should read 6.3V when charged.) Under 11 volts it is dead.

To check capacity see how much the battery voltage drops while cranking. It shouldn't drop more than a volt.

The mower is about 5 years old. The batterY is two years OLD and the tractor will start with a jumper battery box. When I try to crank the engine, the starter sounds like its binding but after a few...

Not necessarily the battery can be weak with a small internal failure and can cause the issue of shorting out and not staying charged. This is very common on small batteries for these mowers. The replacement batteries you get at the hardware stores are the worst culprits for going bad after just a year or 2. The main battery that comes with the tractor are usually much stouter than the replacements. Before we tear intot he charging system I would suggest a new battery or hook up a temporary car battery if you have one to see if the guage acts up, or if you have a volt ohm meter test the charging system by reading the battery as it is running. It should be between 13 and 14 volts if it is worrking correct. You can also use the old stanby tried and tested method of pulling the positve cable off the battery after the mower has been started and see if it stays running. This will give us a base to proceed from. Let me know what you have tried and what you find.

I have a B & D electric lawnower model LM110 that stopped working when it rolled over a rock. Is there a fuse that can be changed, or a reset button on this model? Thanks

unplug the mower. checked the blade & try to spin by hand the blade. if it not spinning then the magnetic ring is probably broken. if ok open the top housing that held by two screw.inspect if the armature are ok still/not broken.
there is no fuse in the unit. it uses rectifier from ac to 120 dc volts.
