It could be a faulty switch, or a control panel. I would check the wiring first to make sure that everything is connected before I spent any money on it.

If your electric oven is not heating then you probably have a bad heating lelement in your oven. This is not that hard to fix yourself...

this needs to be replaced unfortunatly.

To assist you finding the proper part your model numbel means that the oven is manufactured by Whirlpool for Sears/kenmore.
