If this appliance is new, I would suggest to contact the vendor or manufacturer and ask them for in home service.
It could be the thermostat that might be not working properly or not set properly.
Check the user manual for more info on the thermostat settings.

I don't know this particular frig, but evidently the defroster doesn't work. Frost buildup has blocked the flow of cold air.
There is a defrost timer, under the frig, accessible from the front. You can turn it with a screw driver. Turn it till you hear a click. If the timer hasn't been turning, that should turn on the defroster, a heating element nested among the freezer coils. Wait half an hour and if it is defrosting, water should be dripping into the drip pan underneath the frig. If so, then replace the defrost timer and you're good to go.
If that doesn't make it defrost, then the problem is probably the defrost thermostat, in with the freezer coils. When the frig defrosts, the defrost heater stays on until the defrost thermostat gets warm. It should be open circuit while warm. But if it is open circuit while cold, it is bad and is the cause of your defrost problem.
If you open up the freezer coils, use a hair dryer to defrost. That is safer than hot water.
Hope you can fix it.

Sounds like the compressor quit running, or the refrigeration system restricted and is allowing no refrigerant from circulating.
Remove the back cover and see if you can hear the compressor running. If not, there are three or two starting components mounted on the side of the compressor. With the unit unplugged remove them. There are1, the relay, 2, (thestart/run capacitor, some models only), and 3, the overload. They can be pulled off and taken to an appliance parts house which usually are happy to test for you. To check the compressor itself, you will need a working knowledge of electrical and knowledge in the use of a VOM meter. Three terminals stick out of the compressor. The VOM meter should read between no less than 2 and no more than 18 ohms between any two terminals.
If you can hear and feel the compressor running, you have a serious problem. Either all the refrigerant has leaked out, or the system is totally restricted. A for professionals problem only, and very pricey.
However, if the machine is under 5 years old, it is under warranty for this last problem.
If you correct the problem, DO NOT leave the back cover off. It ducts air to the condenser, and must be in place.
