Check printer setting under printer properties
right click printer icon under printers in control panel then click printer properties
then look for printer preferrences and change the quality to best,fast draft or black it depends on you
if that doesnt resolve the issue check the ink levels if it is low on ink then change to new one
if it is inks that came with the printer when you first bought it,it will really not gave you good printouts since they are just sent for setting up the printer and for testing purposes
if its brand new inks then try the following
1 align the printer - using solution center or front panel
2 clean printheads/ink cartridges contacts/nozzles
3 reset the printer
if this does not fix the issue then check the link below for more help
lastly if your printer is still in warraty or not call 18004746836 for tech assistace and they can tell you options in resolving or if theres a need for you to upgrade the printer
