I have a "Philips hdd14xx gogear usb device" Model hdd1837. I'm looking for the software that came on the instalation disk. All the device does now is ask to be conected to the computer. I can not play any on it till I get the "device Manager" installed. Where can I get a copy of it.

-   I have the same problem. The support site at philips.comis useless; I am going to try and hack the firmware on mine, be fore returning it for a refund. If I am successful I'll put details out. -   R37R0
