Question about Samsung Computers & Internet
It probably is not recognized. Plug it in and Click "start" click on control panel and click on to open. Find "device manager" and right click on and open, click continue.. Ciick on the box with + next to "IDE ATA/ATAP controllers. In the drop down see if you see a ? or !. if so click on that. Right click on each item one at a time. You should see "disable" in each one. If you see "enable" then click on that. Right click on each one again and click on "properties". You should see "this device is working properly"
Click on the box with + next to "Human Interface devices". You should see your hard drive there. Right click on that and you should see "disable" if you see "enable" click on that.
