Question about Televison & Video
Get a soft fine cotton cloth, dry and clean. Never use paper towels or tissues or even a bath towel as these will scratch the screen. Get some distilled water. You can buy distilled water at the grocery store. Get a clean spray bottle with a very fine spray and fill the bottle with the distilled water. Now add just a little isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Spray the liquid on the cloth and swipe from top to bottom on the screen until the screen is cleaned. Distilled water is better than tap water because it is more pure with minerals removed which would scratch the screen. The alcohol acts as a solvent to help remove dust and deposits. Never touch the screen with your fingers as they have oils which will leave a film on the screen. Never use a lot of alcohol. You want mostly water with just a hint of the rubbing alcohol mixed in.
