Unfortunately you need to disassembly the hole printer to solve the problem.In most case the object who block the paper is under the withe rollers and you can't see it from above.

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

If your normal print looks OK, make sure that you are printing your pictures on the correct side of the photo paper. Most photo paper will only print properly on one side. If you print on the other side, the image looks very grainy and faded, and the ink will still be quite wet when it comes out of the printer.
You do know that you can use 4 x 6 photo paper in the paper feed? or else you have to tuck it into that little try under the printing outlet and be sure to click the change of feed button on the upper right of the console.
