Sounds to me with what you are saying is you do have a bad outlet Jack, checking the wiring feeding the jack or replacing same would be advised.

I can not get my mobigo to work

MobiGo headphone jack has a microswitch that shuts the mini-speaker when you insert the headset jack. This microswitch somehow short-circuits the mini-speaker and burns it. Then, if you try a new speaker, it does not work. What you should do is find an electrician, ask him to change your mini-speaker with another one, fit it and then BRIDGE the microswitch and voila. Your MobiGo mini-speaker will work fine.
This is of course something that the genius design and electrical engineers of VTech could never possibly do for all us because of the EXTREMELY high costs and science involved in changing a lousy speaker and a microswitch.

Ive got a 4 way amp the one block of two outlets nos 3 and 4 are working but 1 and 2 arnt?

check the channel mode switch on the amp it goes from 2 - 3 -4 make sure it's on 2 if your only using 2 audio jacks if that don't work check connections directly from that channel to speaker or jacks from player. jacks could be broken on inside if excessive pulling was made during installation if none of those are ur problem get the amp checked out

Left speaker blown or melted?

This isn't usually in the satellite speakers. The amplifier is usually in the sub and these have a bad habbit of blowing/burning up. Return or replace. Pretty common in this model.

Pioneer DEH-P2900MP head unit

There is no power from the rca jacks. Option 1; connect the speaker wires directly. Any aftermarket auto manual (Hayes, Clymer) with wiring schematics will let you know what wire is what in the dash. Option 2; RCA jacks output to an amplifier. There is no power coming from the RCA jacks. They have to be used with the amp. If you chose to use the normal speaker wires, be aware that these radios do not like stock speakers or wire. If you take the time and money to replace all of it, the head unit will last much longer. If you choose to use an amplifier, it will burn out fast unless you replace the speakers and wires immediately.
