Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
If you have some sort of insurance, you should take it back to the store, but if you don't have insurance you can just buy a screen repair kit on Ebay and follow the included instructions. It doesn't require much from the repairman/woman, just some vague familiarity with tools, the rest should be obvious from the instructions.
The process is fairly simple and even my less tech-savvy friends have found it easy to do.
