My central pneumatic staple gun plunger doesn't pull completely up after driving a staple. It's only about a month old, and driven less than 100 staples.

Loading a 995630. Hold gun upside down with front of gun in left hand. Open track release with right hand. Lay one section of 1/4" crown staples in the bottom of the gun itself, in front of the track. Slide track over staples. Store tool at room temperature. New gun needs 6 drops of air tool oil through the air inlet just before first use. If you do not have the recommended automatic oiler installed on your airline, you will need to manually oil with three drops every 3rd row of staples. Run PSI around 80 and never exceed 100 PSI on your air compressor.
Some models have small screws on the face plate that can be unscrewed to release pressure or a spring clip to release. You can also push the plunger back into stapler with a thin narrow srewdriver, the staple may fall out.
Howdy, pull out the plunger to its farthest and turn stapler upside down (staple output pointing up) and lay staples in track (in front of plunger) then push plunger back in.
That stapler takes a jt21 staple. some fill from the bottom when the plunger is in the drawn back position and some fill from the rear with plunger removed. If the plunger is attached, then it fills from the bottom. Hope this helps:)
First make sure no staple is jammed between the hammer and the anvil or plunger and you might also try to spay with pb blaster or wd 40 and pull yhe trigger several times very rapidly and see if this will free plunger , does work to free sometimes
