Remove battery and try again, if this does not fix the problem, you might have to reset the device, by pressing the power button for a long time while turning the device on instead of once. then following the instructions reset the device.
you may have to download and install new drivers for the device from the internet after the reset.
you will possibly lose your data stored on the device.
