Re: Wireless router work only in main computer???
You'll need to do a reset for the router.
AT the back of the router their is a reset button. Disconnet the router of the network and press the button using a tip of a pen for like 3 - 5 seconds until u see the lights flashing and let it reset. Alternatively go into the web interface and reset the router. That should fix the problem.

The smart phone should work fine on any wireless router. Try going to wireless settings on the phone and if it has your network remember click and hold on your network and select forget network. This should clear out any thing cached about your network. Once that is done try re-connecting to your network and enter any password you may have.
Since the wireless works fine on your router, then it is possible that there is a problem either on your ethernet cable or on the port of the belkin router.
Try a different ethernet cable. (Ethernet cable is the one that is connected from your computer to the router.) If you don't have a spare cable, you can directly connect the computer to the modem, just to isolate the issue and determine if it is the cable or the computer itself.
If you have determined that the cable is working fine, then try a different port on the router.
I hope this helps!
If the upstairs computer is working then the router must be working properly. Check the connection between the downstairs computer and the router. If it is a wireless computer then check the wireless connection status on that computer. Click Here for step by step solution
1. Make sure that wireless settings are properly synchronized. >> ssid/security key. 2. Check your computers wireless connection status > Make sure that it is set to "obtain ip address automatically) 3. If still not working if computer is set to obtain ip automatically, try assigning static ip on wireless pc > You need to know your router's ip address and dns 4. Disable firewall on wireless pc.
this can happen sometimes, just go to network connections in control panel, right click on the wireless icon and click dissable (or press the rellevant button on your notebook)
Restart pc and then right click on the icon again and select enable.
There should be an icon in your taskbar, right click and select view network connections, and then see if your router is listed and click connect.
