If your music is not bought off of iTunes, you can do the following:

  1. Find where your music collection is, you can easily do this by right clicking on a song in iTunes and selecting "Show in Explorer". This will open up the folder in which that song is located. Depending on how you organized your music, all your songs may be located there, or you may have to go up a level (by clicking the up green arrow in that new window, or by clicking on the name before the last arrow at the top of the window.
  2. After finding where your music collection is, press the Control and A button on your keyboard - this will make it highlight all the items in the window.
  3. Now press Control and the C button to on your keyboard - this will copy all the files and folders that were highlighted.
  4. Go to Start, then My Computer, and select your MP3 Player - most likely it will be labeled something like Phillips or PLP or something close to resembling your MP3 player's model name. Double click it.
  5. In the new window that pops up, simply right click inside it, and choose paste. A progress bar will show telling you that it is transferring your files. After the process is done, the progress bar will disappear, and you will be able to access music on your player!

How do I download music from iTunes to my mp3 player?

HEYA

First of all open itunes

Link your MP3 player to your computer while the iTunes software is loaded on the computer. By itself, iTunes serves as an audio player for your computer. You can transfer audio files to your MP3 player using a USB cable which comes with most MP3 players. Your computer will prompt you to name your MP3 player, and an icon identifying it will appear down the left margin of iTunes.

Click on the MP3 file (the song), and drag it into the "Library" folder in iTunes. This folder will serve as the general place to store all the MP3s on your computer. From there, you can create new playlists to select specific songs, click on the "shuffle" option to have iTunes randomly select songs to be played through your computer, or play every song in order from the library.

Select the appropriate song or playlist, and click the "Play" button on iTunes to listen. Or drag the songs from iTunes into your MP3 player's icon in iTunes to copy the song into your MP3 player.

How do i load the songs in this ,. Do we need to download any software to upload the songs and arrange it ,. Please help how to manage this IPOD. Thanks Silvester

To download tunes on to the IPod, I suggest you download and install ITunes on to your computer. You can then copy the MP4 music files to your IPod using the supplied USB cable.
ITunes can convert your CDs to MP4 format so it can be played inthe IPod or you can download the music for the ITunes store.
Please click on this link to ITunes WEB site to download :-

My mp3 player will not let me listen to my music how do Iget it to work

Is it an iPod? If so the songs may be loaded incorrectly. You need to have iTunes installed on your computer. It's a free download from Apple. Load your CD's into iTunes or buy songs from the Apple iTunes Music Store. Then you need to do a 'Restore'. Connect your iPod with the cable that came with it to the USB port on your computer. In iTunes, click and (Restore). This will rebuild all the software on the iPod and restore your songs.

I can use the songs that i upload from winamp on my Ipod

Best way to transfer music on the ipod is through iTunes. Apple uses its own mechanism to copy music, pictures and videos on the device and traditional methods such as copy/paste and transfer from windows media player, winamp, etc do not work.
download itunes from www.apple.com/itunes
