Probably the manufacturer does not provide support for Windows 7. If you absolutely need to keep using this device , the only way under windows 7 is a workaround :
If you have the W XP install disc , you can install a virtual version of W XP on your machine from http://www.vmware.com/products/player/ . It's easy and user's friendly . No specific knowledge required .
solution two :
If you still have the install disc , you can also partition your primary and install W XP on the new partition from http://download.cnet.com/Partition-Wizard-Home-Edition/3000-2094_4-10962200.html.
Back up your data first.
I have Win 7 on my primary and installed Win XP on my secundary . Works like a charm .
