Question about Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Comfort Edition

Open Question

I have a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 1.0A Model 1027. I have had this for 4 or 5 years and it has worked really good. I like it very much. For some reason it just suddenly quit working. The batteries are new. I just don't know what else to do, any suggestions would help. David W. Young, Sr. 2200 Harpoon Drive Stafford, Virginia 22554 540-659-5921 retireddwy@gmail.com

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I'm sorry, but not really. Either it is broken (which would have to be taken to someone to be repaired), or their is an error in the system (which would have to be taken to someone to be repaired).
