Hi, try going back to the store that you bought it from and see if they can fix it and if not just ask them to replace it.

Sounds like electrolytic capacitor dried up needs curing, which is power on capacitor and left it absorb some moisture in humidity on power. Some time a few minutes, hard cases may take a few days.

When I try to turn on camera it takes awhile then it says lens error, restart cmera

This often ends up with turning the camera in for repair, the camera (depending on model) often tries to expand the lens as a startup check and if it is unable to do so it gives an error message.
I have had the same problem with one of my digital cameras, and i got the lens changed because there was nothing to be done.

I have a360 fujifilm camera green light turns on but the camera shut off any idea

If the cmera has recently been dropped you may have lens damage that's preventing it from powering up. If it hasn't been dropped your problem may be due to weak/worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera - which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then clean both ends of the batteries, place them back in the camera and give them a full charge. This cleaning clears the problem about 80% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, it may be time to replace the batteries, or the camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

The lens is loked I think with wideangle or macro does not work

This error is caused by a faulty lens motor, contaminated transmission, or mechanical damage from dropping. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for this and it requires service from Canon or other repair facility.

Having trouble with turning it on

Try changing to rechargable batteries. I had exactly the same problem. I used recharable they run out so tried various types of alkaline batteries but the camera would not turn on. Getting the flashing green light. Charged the batteries put them back in and working again
