Question about Philips 42PF9630A 42 in. Plasma Television
This is undoubtedly an issue with the buffer boards of the tv. These boards control the firing up of gas inside the PDP(plasma panel). Replacing the high and low Xa and Y buffers should resolve the problem. Replacement boards cost about 150-200$(for all 4). If you would like to fix the tv yourself then let me know
