Hello
If the game box have AV out on it, you can connect it to tVs AV in by using an AV connector wire. This is the pircure of the AV cable that should connected in between TV and game box. You must select the input to TV as AV.3_4_2012_1_36_06_pm.jpg

The AV Multi Out plug that is included with the Wii will allow you to connect the console to most TVs or VRCs. First, look at the back of your television AND your VCR and see if you have colored holes label "Input". Though most TVs have them, almost all VCRs do as well. If you are unable to find a set of yellow, red, and white AV inputs on the back of your TV, try looking on the sides, top, and bottom of the TV. Look for any hidden panels or doors as well. Connecting to a Television Audio/Video (AV) inputs are typically located on the back of the TV, but occassionally are on the sides, top, or bottom. Look for inputs marked Audio and Video IN. Do NOT connect your system to anything marked OUT. Don't see these inputs on your TV? Click here. Insert the AV Multi Out plug on the Wii AV Cable into the AV Multi Out connector on the back of the console Insert the DC plug on the Wii AC Adapter cord into the DC Input connector on the back of the Wii console. Insert the AC plug into a 120V AC wall outlet CAUTION: To prevent electric shock, match the wide blade of the plug to the wide slot and insert fully into the outlet. Plug the transformer into the wall outlet. The Sensor Bar can be placed either above or below your TV screen. Decide which option best fits you and click the image below for additional set up help, including mounting the Sensor Bar and proper alignment.

Lets focus on the external portion of the TV set first (95 percent of all TV problems are related to things EXTERNAL To the tv itself) Check the physical CONNECTION of all cables by removing each wire bare or RCA and reinstalling it (Each power cable as well), once you have removed one cable, check it for fraying, and if it is already bare, splice a new fresh connection for it. 5. Check to make sure there are NO OTHER uneeded radios, system nearby. these systems, when powered on, will cause electromagnetic interference and prevent more than just severe tv interference SURGE PROTECTOR Surge protectors account for more than 75 percent of electric faults to stereo equipment. Lets start with your AC Wall outlet. It is standard in america that 220 Volts from out of these outlets. This implies that each device will be using 220 Volts (From within that grid zone). If anything including an alarm clock is plugged into any AC outlet socket in the vicinity of the stereo equipment/TV, it will cause electric outage, and prevent electronics from even turning on! Your TV needs dedicated electric power. If your TV is located in the living room then unplug everything else in the living room. Lets plug the TV set into a Dedicated socket. Check all light switches to ensure that power is on for that outlet. Check the TV cable for Fraying both on the ac wall end and where it plugs into the TV. Check all GFCI outlets to ensure that all red reset buttons are pushed in, check the circuit breakers for proper connection and they are turned on. Now, lets try the TV set without it connected to any cable services, vcr, dvd, stereo system, etc. Please respond if we have found a solution.

I am trying to connect a DVD player to a RCA F25216BC 25" TV - the TV only has an F type Coax connector and does not have a CH 3 or 4 switch - I put the input from the wall to the DVD player and out to the...

Your TV must be equipped with AV inputs (RCA jacks - yellow, white, red)
in order to connect this unit. If your TV does not have AV inputs, you will need a RF Modulator to connect the DVD recorder to your TV's
antenna/cable input. RF Modulators are available at
major electronics retailers such as Radio Shack or Wal-Mart and allow the 3 RCA outs from the recorder to connect to the RF modulator RCA inputs and then you can connect a coaxial cable from the modulator to the TV RF input and select channel 3 or 4 on the TV. The DVD recorder will not pass thru signals to the TV using coaxial cable as far as DVD are concerned.

Wall connector with cable rj45 wall and computer plug dont give any signal from router to computer. cable AWM E141772 extrending co 20251 60degrees 150V aWG26/8C

Did it work before? Is this a new install? Try replacing the cable with a known to be good one. You may have used a "crossover" cable by accident, in which case it won't work at all. You need a "patch" cable. Sometimes the wires connected inside the wall jack can get loose. Pull the wall jack and inspect the wire connections. Use a small screwdriver to push the wires into the slots if any look loose.
It's possible that the network adapter (NIC) drivers are corrupt. Check "device manager" to re-install the driver. Also, the router may be misconfigured.
Sometimes this problem can be solved by shutting down the computer, then pulling the power cable on the router and let it sit unpowered for a minute or so. Then re- power up the router. Once the lights are green, boot the computer and it should come up.

The CATV connector on my Mitsubishi tv is broken off

This is the connector for the tuner. This repair must be done by someone who knows how to solder. But, if you have a Cable or Satellite box and this TV has AV connectors on the back....you can use those and do not need to repair the TV tuner. If you do not have cable or satellite you can also use a VCR as a tuner. Just put the cable into the VCR and come out of the [VCR] AV outputs into the TV AV inputs.

I need to know how to run my ps3 thru the optical wire to my hdtv

Before you start ensure that you read the TV instruction manual to know which resolution supports it. Do not switch on the TV and your console

You can connect your Playstation 3 to your TV in three different methods:

  1. Connecting with an AV cable
  2. Connecting with an HDMI cable
  3. Connecting with an Optical Cable

Connecting with an AV Cable:

  1. You are supplied with a Composite AV cable which would typically look like the below image
  2. Connect the AV Multi Out Connector to the socket on the back of your PS3 Console.
  3. Match the colors of the Jacks with the connectors on the TV which says "Video in".

Connecting with an HDMI Cable:

HDMI cable is not supplied with the PS3. You need to purchase it seperately. This cable would enhance the audio-video quality of your TV.

  1. Just connect one end of the connector to the HDMI OUT connector socket on the back of the console
  2. Connect the other end to the socket on the back of your TV which says HDMI IN.

Connecting with an Optical cable:

You need to purchase an Optical cable if you wish to connect your PS3 console through a digital audio device (Home theater, AV receiver etc.,). You need to connect Video ouput seperately with a help of Video output cable (HDMI, AV Cable etc.,)

  1. Connect one end of the optical cable to "Audio Out" socket on the console
  2. Connect the other end to the audio receiver.

Note: You can also connect your console to the Internet to use the Playstation 3 internet capabilities. Here's how you do it:

The Playstation 3 only supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T type networks. It needs a High speed internet connection. Do not connect it to a standard telephone connection or cables that are not supported. It might cause a malfunction or damage to the system.

TV

If you are using cable and the signal is connected to the TV through the regular cable wire, then the TV must be in TV mode to work properly. If you are using a cable box with that TV then the TV must be on channel 3. If the screen shows AV 1, then the TV is in the AV mode (red, white and yellow RCA jacks), and you most likely accidently hit the INPUT button on the remote. Pressing 0 3 or INPUT a couple of times on the remote should bring your picture back.
